Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an incredibly famous American performer and actress. Bell was raised in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier), a nurse, and Tom Bell, a television news director. She was born in the town of Huntington Woods, Michigan, to the family of a Polish mother and father who was German, English Irish, Scottish, and Irish. Kristen was able to show a flair to perform on an early age on stage. In 1992, she appeared at her first audition and won a role in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell's mother established her with an agent prior to her turning 13, and she was subsequently cast for television and newspaper commercials. At this time she began taking private acting lessons. Bell was on the screen in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998, as an uncredited actress. Bell went to Shrine Catholic High School, where she took part in musical and drama clubs. The Wizard of Oz production in her high school earned Bell the role of the lead Dorothy part. Bell studied in musical theater at the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts in New York City after graduating. Bell dropped out of school in 2001 to take on the role of Becky of Tom Sawyer. The is the year she made her first credited debut in Pootie Tang (2001), however, her performance was cut and her character was not shown in the credits sequence. Bell made an appearance together with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
